Fried Rice(Serves 2 To 4.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 lb. cleaned shrimp, cut into small pieces
    1/2 c. diced cooked chicken, pork or ham
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Fry eggs in 1 tablespoon oil; remove and cut into small pieces.
    Put remaining oil into hot skillet or wok.
    Add shrimp and diced meat; stir-cook until heated.
    Add mushrooms, soy sauce, seasonings and diced eggs; blend well.
    Stir in rice and heat thoroughly.
    Serve piping hot, garnished with green onions.
