Cheddar Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp natural Cheddar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 crisp bacon slices, crumbled
9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain well on paper towel.
Toss cheese with flour.
Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.
Mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
