Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 large can kraut, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    2 chopped pimentos
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil.
    Pour boiling vinegar and sugar mixture over the kraut, vegetables, garlic powder and celery salt.
    Cool and store in fridge.
    Will keep a couple of weeks.
