June'S Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. Raisin Bran flakes
    5 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk, blended with 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. molasses
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Add milk, oil, molasses and eggs. Mix well.
    Store in refrigerator and use as needed.
    Keeps up to 6 weeks.
    Fill muffin tins (greased) 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes about 48 muffins.
