Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. cold low-fat milk
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. lite Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix pudding, milk, pumpkin and spices in large bowl with electric mixer.
Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell or a graham cracker pie shell.
Chill; garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
