Polynesian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
    1/4 c. shredded carrot (not grated)
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. commercial sour cream
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, grapes, carrots and almonds.
    Blend mayonnaise with sour cream and seasonings; pour over chicken and toss lightly.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Makes 6 servings.
    (I think it best if made the day before.)
