Mama Faye'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beat separately
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. frozen coconut, thawed
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place beaten eggs in large mixing bowl, add next 6 ingredients to the eggs, mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shells and bake for 45 - 60 minutes.
