Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. beef stock
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 onion, sliced or chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Clean and slice mushrooms.
    Fry in butter 5 minutes.
    Add flour and blend.
    Add stock.
    Cool slightly; add cream and seasonings. Heat through and serve.
    Serves 4 to 6.
