Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 or 2 medium eggplants, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce (Prego or Ragu)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Mix sauces and beef.
    Cook eggplant until tender.
    Drain well.
    In a 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole dish, layer beef, eggplant and cheese until the last layer is cheese.
    Heat until cheese is melted and hot.
