Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
