Mel'S Type Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. Hamburg
    2 Onions
    12 Cloves Garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can Mushroom
    8 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    1 tbsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
    6 (12 oz.) can Tomato Paste
    14 c. Water
Preparation
    Cook hamburg in a large pot, breaking into tiny pieces. Drain and rinse.
    Return to pot.
    Run onion, celery, mushroom and garlic through food processor or food grinder until it becomes a mush. Add to hamburg.
    Add remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered for 3 hours.
    Stir often.
    Makes 9 quarts.
