Hawaiian Banana Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced bananas
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 (9-inch) pastry crusts
Preparation
    Soak bananas in pineapple juice for 30 minutes.
    Drain and reserve juice.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place bananas in pie shell. Sprinkle with combined sugar, flour and spices.
    Add 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice.
    Top with pastry crust and vent.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is browned.
