Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes, diced to equal 6 c.
    3/4 c. celery
    1/3 c. sliced green onions and tops
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. Italian dressing
    3 to 4 eggs for garnish (optional)
    salt
    pepper
    celery seed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain.
    Add Italian dressing, toss lightly and chill 2 hours.
