Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Chicken Breasts (or use breasts, thighs and legs)
1/4 c. Water or White Wine
1 Cube Melted Margarine
Individual Slices of Swiss Cheese
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 c. Herb Stuffing Mix
Preparation

Lay the chicken pieces, skin side up, in a 9x13-inch greased casserole.
Completely cover chicken with the swiss cheese slices. Combine the soup with the water or white wine and pour over the above.
Mix 1 cube of melted margarine with the 2 cups of herb stuffing mix.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Easy and delicous!
