Whipped Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (40 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except walnuts and marshmallows, in a large bowl with mixer.
    Stir in the chopped walnuts (optional). Pour into a 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven.
    Cover with marshmallows (about 1/2 bag) and put back in oven for 3 to 5 minutes to toast marshmallows.
