Asparagus Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf sandwich bread
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. melted butter
54 cooked asparagus spears
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Remove crust from bread slices. Flatten bread with rolling pin.
Spread each slice with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with cheese. Place 2 or more asparagus spears on each slice.
Bring opposite corners of slice together.
Fasten with pick.
Brush with butter. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 15 servings.
