Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. tartar
    1/3 c. sugar (per egg)
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. lemon juice (fresh)
    fresh lemon rind, zested
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, adding tartar and slowly adding 1/3 cup of sugar for each egg white. Spread into 9 x 13 buttered pan. Bake for 1 hour in a preheated 250\u00b0 oven. Remove and let cool.
