Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can crushed stewed tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 toe garlic, mashed
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Vegetarian meat alternative may be used in lieu of beef.
