Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream soup (your choice)
    1 small head cabbage
    16 oz. vegetarian ???
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 bell pepper (small slivers)
    3 stocks green onion, sliced 1/4-inch
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3 slices American cheese, slivered (1/2-inch wide)
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Boil half or whole cabbage as desired, approximately 10 minutes, until limp.
    Slice wieners in half lengthwise and lay on leaf of cabbage.
    Spread a small amount of mustard and 1 teaspoon of cream cheese.
    Sprinkle in some onion, a slice of cheese and slivers of green pepper.
    Roll and place on baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour tablespoon of hot soup over top of each and serve.
