Tomato-Zucchini Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm fresh tomatoes, diced in large chunks
    3 medium zucchini, medium chunks
    10 to 12 fresh mushrooms, halved
    1 Walla Walla sweet onion
    McKay's chicken seasoning
    1/4 c. margarine
    hot rice
Preparation
    Put the onion and margarine in a microwavable bowl, cover and cook until almost soft.
    Add zucchini and mushrooms and continue cooking to the stage you prefer.
    Sprinkle with McKay's to taste. Stir in the tomatoes and allow the vegetables to heat through. Serve over rice.
