Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients, including sugar into a large mixing.
Make a well in dry ingredients and add all remaining ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Divide batter into greased and floured loaf pans (2).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Allow to cool before removing from pan.
