Passover Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
6 oz. chocolate chips
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cake meal
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt margarine and 3 ounces of chocolate in pan in a 325\u00b0 oven.
In bowl, beat 2 eggs, sugar and cake meal. Add melted shortening and chocolate mixture.
Beat well and add remaining chocolate bits.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
