Chicken In Cream And Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole cut up fryer or 4 fryer breasts
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. butter
    milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Flour chicken and place in greased baking dish, uncovered.
    Bake until golden brown (about 20 to 30 minutes).
    Remove from oven and put butter on top of chicken. Bake until butter is melted.
    Remove from oven and cover the chicken 2/3 of the way with milk.
    Cover and place back in oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
