Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. butter (margarine)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
9-inch frozen or prepared pie crust
Preparation

Mix together sugar and cocoa.
Put eggs in medium bowl and beat with a fork until fluffy.
Mix other ingredients into eggs, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
Pour into 9-inch prepared or frozen crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on bottom rack.
Pie is done when center shakes like congealed jello and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes one pie.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
