Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. creamed corn
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. red pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix ingredients as listed, stirring well as moistened.
    Pour into well-greased 9-inch skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes or until golden brown.
