Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 lb. pumpkin
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat together first 4 ingredients.
Fold in remaining.
Beat well; put in 3 (1 pound) coffee cans or 2 bread pans (greased). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Put a pan of water in the oven for moisture.
