Grandma'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar gradually.
    Beat constantly.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat hard after each egg.
    Fold in flour and pour into a buttered and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
