Pumpkin Cake(Very Easy To Prepare And Freezes Well.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Sugar (1 1/2 Enough)
    4 Eggs
    1 c. Salad Oil
    2 c. Canned Pumpkin (1-16 oz.) Solid Pack
    2 c. All Purpose Flour
    2 tsp. Baking Soda
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 c. Raisins
Preparation
    Combine all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat with electric mixer, until thoroughly blended.
    Add raisins.
    Pour batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
    For variety, try white pecans or chopped pecan or walnuts to the cake batter.
