"Bola'S" Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs (save whites)
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cocoa
vanilla (approximately 1 tsp.)
butter (approximately 2 Tbsp.)
cooked and browned pie crust (10-inches)
Preparation

Mix
flour
into sugar.
Add cocoa, milk and egg yolks. Cook in\tdouble\tboiler until thick.
Add vanilla and butter; cool. Whip
whites of eggs and after filling has cooled, pour into crust.
Top with meringue.\tBrown top in oven.
