Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
7 c. milk (4 c. half and half, 3 c. milk)
3 c. whipping cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Gradually add sugar until thick.
Add remaining ingredients, then process in ice cream machine.
