Patti'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer, cut in 10 pieces
    1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 to 2 tsp. adobe
    salt and pepper to taste
    approximately 1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash the chicken and pat dry. Marinate chicken in covered bowl of the buttermilk. Refrigerate 1 hour.
