Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    6 whole eggs
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. milk
    3 cans (13 oz.) evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix together cornstarch and
    sugar.
    Add
    1
    cup
    milk. Beat together eggs and 2 cups milk.
    Mix all together and keep stirring.
    Cook slow until thickened;
    then beat in vanilla, 3 cups milk and evaporated milk.
    Makes
    one gallon.
    Serve with your favorite fruit toppings.
