Chicken And Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. chopped tomato
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk to mix with soup
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk to mix with Bisquick
1 can fried onions (Durkee)
Preparation

In a greased 8 x 12-inch baking pan, mix bacon, chicken, vegetables, tomatoes and 2/3 cup grated cheese.
Blend soup and milk; pour over ingredients in pan and stir.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Combine Bisquick, milk and 1/2 can onions.
Drop by spoonfuls to form biscuits on top.
Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
Top with cheese; bake until melted.
