Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, baked and diced
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 lb. halved seedless green grapes
    1 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and 1 cup almonds.
    Mix all remaining ingredients and add to chicken mixture. Chill for several hours.
    Serves 6 on lettuce leaves.
    Sprinkle with remaining almonds.
