Barbari Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 to 7 c. flour
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 to 4 Tbsp. sesame seed
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in very warm water; add oil.
Add 1 cup flour and salt.
Add flour in small amounts, stirring until stiff dough is formed.
Place in greased bowl, cover and place in warm place to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Knock down and knead until soft. Divide in 4 parts.
Grease 4 baking sheets.
Flatten each piece and shape into flat oblong loaves about 1/4-inch thick.
Make 3 lengthwise ridges on each loaf with the side of hand.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seed.
Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve at once.
