Cinnamon Rolls(Serves 15) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    butter
    sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Barely bring milk, shortening and sugar to a boil.
    Chill. Mix yeast with lukewarm water.
    Add enough flour to make cake-like batter.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Add salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add flour to make a soft dough, still sticky, but not much. Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out.
    Add butter, sugar and cinnamon. Roll out and slice 1 1/2 to 2-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
