Bristol Inn Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. Kraft sharp white Cheddar (Cracker Barrel or equivalent)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Grate or break up Cheddar.
    Mix with cream cheese and garlic. Divide into 3 parts.
    Roll out by hand into uniform 1 inch thick. Roll thoroughly in chili powder.
    Can be made a day or two ahead. Excellent for holiday serving.
