Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

30 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 c. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
3 egg whites
pinch of cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip
grated chocolate

Preparation

Mix together the Ritz crackers, pecans and 1/2 cup sugar in plastic bag.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add pinch of cream of tartar, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
Mix.
