Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts (defrosted)
    4 eggs, beaten well
    1/2 c. pepperoni, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, diced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 (9-inch) unbaked frozen pie crust (defrosted)
Preparation
    Pat artichokes dry and cut in half.
    Blend artichokes with eggs, pepperoni, Mozzarella, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick, when inserted, comes out clean.
