Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. either lemon or orange flavoring
pinch of salt

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat eggs (separated); add other ingredients.
Bake in loaf pan at 300\u00b0 for around an hour.
