Curried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, cut in half
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and shelled
    1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Kaiser rolls, split
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until almost done.
    Dice shrimp to very small pieces (run through a coarse grinder if you'd prefer).
    Dice water chestnuts in same manner.
    Combine shrimp, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice.
    Season to taste.
    Split Kaiser rolls and scrape out soft centers of both halves.
    Spoon shrimp mixture into hollows of Kaiser rolls.
    Top with slices of tomatoes and bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
