Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cubed beef stew meat
5 chopped carrots
5 cubed potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
Turn crock-pot to high heat and cook 2 hours.
Lower heat to low and cook until all ingredients are fork-tender.
Serves 6.
