Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. apples (Jonathan)
juice of 1 orange
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter (not margarine)
1/4 c. condensed milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut up apples into small pieces and place into bottom crust. (Use frozen pie crust or make own from basic pie crust recipe.) Mix the remaining ingredients, except condensed milk and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Pour over apples.
For top of crust, mix the condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar together.
Brush on sides of bottom crust, then place top crust on and brush mixture over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream or plain.
