Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla and gradually add flour.
    Add pecans.
    Chill several hours.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
    Cool on rack.
