Classic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. red potatoes
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
    Drain and cool. Peel and cube potatoes.
    Combine potato, celery, sweet pickles, eggs and onions and toss gently.
    In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Spoon mayonnaise mixture over potato mixture and toss gently.
    May be served warm or cold.
