Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli or 1 box chopped frozen
    loaf French or Italian bread
    1 stick butter or margarine, softened
    crushed garlic
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine softened butter or margarine with garlic.
    Cook broccoli until tender, drain well.
    Season with salt and pepper. Mash with a fork.
    Slice bread lengthwise and hollow out both halves.
    In bottom half, spread with garlic butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then alternate layer of mashed broccoli, Parmesan and Mozzarella.
    Spread garlic butter on top layer of bread.
    Put halves together and wrap tightly in foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Slice and serve hot or warm.
