Hot And Spicy Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. chopped green and red bell peppers
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    18 oz. presliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a
    large
    skillet melt 1/2 cup butter to saute mushrooms. Once
    tender,
    place to the side.
    Use same skillet to melt second
    1/2
    cup
    butter.
    Add peppers, green onions and garlic. Cook
    over\tmedium\theat until crisp-tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer
    2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly
    heated. Stir
    once\thalfway through cooking.
    You can use canned mushrooms.
