Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini squash
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put first 6 ingredients into skillet.
    Cover and cook 1 minute. Uncover and cook, turning with spatula, until barely tender (about 5 minutes).
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Toss.
    Put in serving bowl.
    Serves 6 to 8.
