Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 round 9 x 1 1/2-inch pans.
Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add next 3 ingredients and beat well.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan(s).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 40 minutes in round pans.
Cool 10 minutes and turn out of pans.
Cool and frost.
