Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. black walnut pieces
3 c. cake flour
3 c. uncooked, diced apples
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend together eggs, oil and sugar.
Sift together flour, salt and soda and add to mixture.
Add walnuts, apples and vanilla. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in large oblong pan.
